Why am I being unsubscribed after I clicked the resubscribe link that was sent to me?

By default, the HubSpot unsubscribe property and the Salesforce field "Has Opted Out of Email" sync with each other. If a contact unsubscribed via email or the box is checked in Salesforce, the value will be transferred to the other system. You cannot simply opt someone back in by un-checking the box in Salesforce - a contact must click the resubscribe link in a HubSpot email.

If the contact remains opted out after resubscribing, please request a call from HubSpot Support or submit a ticket via the Help button in the bottom, right-hand corner of your portal.
