HubSpot can assign contacts to a Salesforce campaign with a workflow or form submission. When you associate a Salesforce campaign with a landing page, form, or workflow, a contact will automatically be enrolled in the campaign on the Salesforce side upon their next sync.
- Check to make sure that Salesforce campaign is configured correctly in HubSpot (for example, the workflow that sets the campaign is enabled)
- Make sure that the campaign is marked as active in Salesforce
- Please note that importing contacts into HubSpot with a value for the Campaign IDs property does not work - the contact will not be added to the corresponding campaign in Salesforce
