Why aren't emails appearing in the HubSpot Intelligence window in Salesforce?

The HubSpot Intelligence window shows Marketing emails only. If you are a user of the Marketing platform and the CRM and have sent the contact Sales emails through the CRM, these emails will not appear here. 

If you have included the contact on a Marketing email, but the contact has bounced or the email was dropped, the email will not appear in the HubSpot Intelligence window in Salesforce.
