Why do I not see Owner Name or Owner Email in my Contact Field Mappings page for Salesforce?

Specific fields within the integration, such as Owner Name, Owner Email, and Owner ID fields are automatically mapped to the corresponding default properties in HubSpot as a part of the connector, and do not require specific field mappings.
