Why don't I see a mapping for my Salesforce ID fields?

There is a subset of fields for which there is no field mapping.

These fields do not need mappings because there is code in the HubSpot/Salesforce integration that ensures all portals sync this information - as a result of this, these fields cannot be modified in HubSpot.

The fields that do not require mappings are:

  • Lead ID
  • Contact ID
  • Account ID
  • Campaign ID
  • Salesforce Owner ID, Name, Email (Salesforce Owner fields map to the Contact owner, Company owner, and Deal owner fields)
