Although it is currently not possible to enroll multiple contacts in a sequence with one click, you can use the call queue to help automate the process.
Sequences allow you to pair automation with personalized, tailored email content during the sales process. Be sure to customize each of your emails for each contact for the best results. Read more about sequence and template best practices here. Please also be aware of sequence enrollment limitations.

- First, add your contacts to your call queue.
- Next, in HubSpot Sales go to Sales Tools > Call Queue and click Start calling.
- Turn off the automatically start call feature by clicking the Delay between calls dropdown and selecting Off.
- Follow the steps here to enroll each individual contact in your sequence.
- Cick Next to move through the contacts in your queue.
