Why can't I send a Sequence from the CRM?

In order to send a Sequence from within the HubSpot CRM, the following is required:

  • The email address you are sending a Sequence from must match the email address you are logged into HubSpot with. 
  • At this time, it is not able to send a Sequence via an email alias from the CRM. This is possible if you are sending the Sequence from your email client. Read more here.
  • The email associated with your HubSpot user must be a cloud-based email inbox using G Suite (formerly known as Google Apps) or Office 365.
If you want to use Sequences with something other than Google Apps or Office 365, please note that this feature is currently unavailable but is coming soon.
