In order to send a Sequence from within the HubSpot CRM, the following is required:
- The email address you are sending a Sequence from must match the email address you are logged into HubSpot with.
- At this time, it is not able to send a Sequence via an email alias from the CRM. This is possible if you are sending the Sequence from your email client. Read more here.
- The email associated with your HubSpot user must be a cloud-based email inbox using G Suite (formerly known as Google Apps) or Office 365.
