HubSpot does its best to get a publicly available photo from a source such as Gravatar, Twitter, and Facebook to populate your profile photo in your Sales account.
If the image HubSpot has found is incorrect, you can update it within your account, along with some other pieces of information about yourself. (If you do not have a HubSpot Sales account, one can be created here.)
To update your profile picture:
- From your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Settings.
- From the left navigation menu, select Profile.
- On the Profile page, you will have the ability to update your:
- Avatar Image
- Job Title
- Twitter Handle
- Select Save to complete the update.
Once you have saved the changes, you will also be able to see a preview of how your contact profile will look to other users.
