How can I turn off calendar task notifications?

Marketing Hub: Basic, Pro, Enterprise

With a HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise subscription, you can use the calendar tool to help your team stay on track and receive notifications about upcoming tasks.

If you'd prefer not to receive these notifications, you can turn them off in your Profile & Preferences. This must be done by the individual user who would like to turn off these notifications. 

  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences.
  • Click Notifications > Reminder in the left sidebar menu.
  • In the Reminder Notifications section, uncheck the box next to Calendar to adjust your settings.
