How can I edit my Salesforce BCC to CRM settings?

You can log emails sent using HubSpot Sales in your Salesforce account. To do so:

  • Log into Salesforce.
  • Select [Your Name] > My Settings.
  • In the left sidebar, select Email > My Email to Salesforce.
  • Copy the value in the Your email to Salesforce field. 
  • In your HubSpot Sales account, navigate to Settings
  • Select Email Integrations in the left sidebar menu.
  • Click the HubSpot Extensions tab. 
  • Scroll to the Forwarding Address section and paste the value from Salesforce into the Custom BCC Address field.

  • Restart the HubSpot Sales chrome extension by clicking here.
  • Moving forward, this custom address will be added in place of the HubSpot BCC address when the Log in CRM feature is enabled in Gmail or Outlook.
