When adding a new user to your HubSpot account, you can choose to give the user access to the HubSpot CRM. There are a few different user roles available for the HubSpot CRM:
- Sales Administrators can access all parts of the HubSpot sales tools and add or remove other sales users.
- Sales Managers can access the HubSpot sales tools and set portal default properties.
- Sales Users can access the HubSpot sales tools, but cannot set portal default properties.
