What is the difference between the Sales User and Sales Manager roles?

When adding a new user to your HubSpot account, you can choose to give the user access to the HubSpot CRM. There are a few different user roles available for the HubSpot CRM:

  • Sales Administrators can access all parts of the HubSpot sales tools and add or remove other sales users.
  • Sales Managers can access the HubSpot sales tools and set portal default properties.
  • Sales Users can access the HubSpot sales tools, but cannot set portal default properties.
