Authorization failure is a common error that causes your social media posts to be unsuccessful. The best way to resolve this error is to reauthorize your social media account.
- In your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Social > Social Settings.
- In the Accounts tab, click Connect account and select the social media platform that you're trying to reauthorize.
- Authorize your account. Be sure to sign in to the account that you're trying to reauthorize.
- Once you've reauthorized the account, a message will appear confirming that you've successfully connected.
