If you have admin access in your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, you can disconnect any of your connected social accounts by following the steps below:
- In your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Social > Social Settings.
- In the Accounts tab, hover over the account you'd like to delete, and then click Disconnect.
- In the pop-up window that appears, click Delete to confirm the removal of the social media account.
Disconnecting your social account will remove any scheduled social messages for that account. However, if the account is reconnected, those messages will reappear and will be posted as scheduled. After a slight delay, published social messages and their metrics will be restored as well when you reconnect your social account.
