Social monitoring in HubSpot allows you to keep track of what’s going on in your Twitter space or in your competitors'. By creating custom monitoring streams, you can track tweets in real time based off specific keywords or accounts, giving you insight into what’s going on in your social world while allowing you to interact just as you would on Twitter.
In your HubSpot social monitoring tool, you have the ability to interact with Twitter right from your HubSpot account with a range of reaction types as if you were reacting natively on Twitter. These types include:
You can reply to tweets from your social monitoring streams:
- In your HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional, or Enterprise account, navigate to Social > Monitoring.
- Select one of your Twitter streams in the left sidebar menu.
- To reply to a tweet, click Reply. In the text box that appears, type your reply and then click Reply at the bottom.
You can retweet tweets from your social monitoring streams to send them to your follower base. To retweet a tweet, click Retweet.
You can quote tweets to add your own content when you share the original tweet. To quote a tweet, click Quote. In the text box that appears, add your own content and click Retweet at the bottom.
