As a socially engaged marketer, it is important to understand why a particular social message did not post to a desired social media channel. Please follow the steps detailed below to see which of your social messages did not publish successfully.
- Navigate in HubSpot Marketing to Social > Publishing.
- Click on the Unsuccessful tab in the left-hand column.
- Click on a message to view more details. You will see an error message toward the top of the screen.
- You can also click Clone to clone the message to retry posting.
