As a socially engaged marketer, it is important to understand why a particular social message did not post to a desired social media channel. Please follow the steps detailed below to see which of your social messages did not publish successfully.
- Navigate to Social > Publishing.
- Click on the Unsuccessful in the left-hand column.
- On this tabbed view you will be able to see a listing of social message that failed to post. Click See error on each individual message to view more detail on the publishing failure,
- Review the error message, then click Clone to duplicate the message and publish it again or click to Delete the message.
