Why is my stream suspended in the Social Monitoring tool?

When viewing your Social Monitoring streams (Social > Monitoring), you may encounter an error message indicating that one of your streams is suspended. 

This error is typically displayed when a stream has been created to show tweets from a Twitter list that no longer exists in the connected Twitter account.

To resolve this error, log in to Twitter and check your lists (Twitter Account Menu > Lists). 

If the list that's selected in your HubSpot Social Monitoring stream no longer exists within Twitter, you will need to recreate the list (Twitter Account Menu > Lists > click Create new list in the right sidebar), then recreate the stream within HubSpot
