Why wasn't my social post published at the time set within my publishing schedule?

If your social media posts are not posting at the exact time set on your publishing schedule, but are within 10 minutes of the scheduled time (before or after), it's likely that you have set your publishing schedule to vary the posting time.

To see if this setting is turned on:

  • Navigate in HubSpot Marketing to Social > Social Settings. 
  • Click the Publishing tab.

  • Scroll to the section title Publish like a human and see if the option is checked off.
