Can a contact be enrolled in a workflow if they have no email address?

Yes, a contact can be enrolled into a HubSpot workflow even if they do not have an email address. Contacts can be added into the HubSpot CRM with no email address and then be used in a HubSpot workflow.

Keep in mind, if a contact without an email address is enrolled in a workflow that contains emails, that contact will not be able to receive those emails. Please note that sending emails is a workflow action available for Marketing Professional and Enterprise subscriptions only.
