How can I check on the progress of my workflow?

Marketing: Pro, Enterprise

View the workflow History to determine which action your contacts are currently on, whether or not actions were successful, etc.

  • Navigate to Contacts > Workflows.
  • Click on the name of the workflow.
  • Go to the History tab.

Here you will be able to access the following types of information:

  • Progress updates for all contacts or an individual contact
  • Workflow actions within certain time frames
  • Errors, successful actions, etc.

Use the search field to view the history for a particular contact.
