How do I check on the progress of my workflow?

View your workflow's history to see how your contacts are moving through the workflow steps. You can gain insight into workflow actions such as which step your contacts are currently on and whether or not actions were successful: 


  • Navigate to Workflows:
    • In your Marketing Professional or Enterprise account, navigate to Contacts > Workflows.
    • In your Sales Professional account, navigate to Sales Tools > Workflows.
  • Click on the name of the workflow.
  • Click the History tab.

Here you can access the following types of information:

  • Progress updates for all contacts or an individual contact
  • Workflow actions within certain time frames
  • Errors, successful actions, etc.

Use the search field to view the history for a particular contact.
