Follow the steps below to analyze the peformance of emails sent with automated workflows.
- From your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Contacts > Workflows.
- Click on the name of the workflow that you want to analyze.
- Click the Performance tab at the top of your workflow.
- On this page, you can see Totals and Rates for Delivered, Opened, and Clicked emails, in addition to contact churn and delivery failure numbers.

Please note: The performance statistics are unique to each workflow. So, if your automated emails are included in more than one workflow, the Performance screen will only show data for the emails when they were sent from the workflow you're looking at.
