How do I prevent new contacts from enrolling in my active workflow?

To prevent new contacts from enrolling in your active workflow, while allowing those who are currently enrolled to complete it, you can change the enrollment conditions to manual. This way no new contacts will be enrolled unless you enroll them manually.

To do this:

  • In your HubSpot Marketing account, navigate to Contacts > Workflows.
  • Click the name of the workflow.
  • Click the Enrollment criteria icon to make edits. 

  • Click Automatically and select Manually from the dropdown. 

  • Click Save.
