How do I prevent new contacts from enrolling in my active workflow?

To prevent new contacts from enrolling in your active workflow while allowing those who are currently enrolled to complete it, you can change the enrollment triggers to manual enrollment. This way, new contacts won't be enrolled unless you enroll them manually.

  • Navigate to Workflows.
    • In your Marketing Professional or Enterprise account, navigate to Contacts > Workflows
    • In your Sales Professional account, navigate to Sales Tools > Workflows.
  • Hover over your workflow and click Edit.
  • Hover over your Enrollment triggers box and click on it to make edits. 

  • Select the radio button for Manually. Then click Save.
