What is the difference between Total Contacts and Active Contacts in a workflow?

Total Contacts represents the total number of contacts who added to the workflow since the workflow was created.

Active Contacts represents the number of contacts who are currently enrolled in the workflow and have not yet completed all steps.

You will see this in your Workflows dashboard for each workflow.
