Why is the rotate leads action in my workflow delayed for 10 minutes for new contacts?

If you use HubSpot Sales and have the contact and company owner sync enabled, when you add a Rotate leads action to your workflow, you'll see the following message: New contacts will take about 10 minutes to be processed because the contact and company owner Sync is enabled.

When a new contact is added to HubSpot and the contact and company owner sync is enabled, it can take some time after the contact is associated with the company before the company's owner is synced to the contact.

To ensure that new contacts associated with a company are assigned the right owner, if a contact has not yet existed for 10 minutes before they arrive at the Rotate leads action in your workflow, they will be delayed for 10 minutes before executing that rotate leads action so that they have time to be assigned the company owner from their associated company after that company-contact association occurs.
