While you venture through the world of Campaigns in HubSpot, there may be some questions that come up along the way about your campaigns. What kind of things should I be doing with my Campaigns that I'm not? And maybe even the other way around. We hope to provide some answers here to address the specific questions that may have come up for you while implementing your campaigns.

Below, we'll go over some common questions that come up when managing your HubSpot campaigns.

Why are my tracking URL visits not appearing in the Campaigns tool?

Only visits from tracking URLs that are bucketing visits under 'Paid Search' or 'Other Campaigns' in theSources Report will appear in the Campaigns toolPlease note the URL will not appear in the Campaigns tool until after a visit takes place to that URL.

Why doesn't my content appear under its campaign in the Campaigns tool?

If your content, like social messages or landing pages, aren't showing up in your campaign, there are a couple things to look for. For example, social messages won't show up in your campaign until they're actually published. Also, pay-per-click and tracking URLs won't appear until they receive at least 1 visit.

Why aren't contacts who submitted on my landing page appearing in the campaigns tool?

The campaigns tool only shows contacts who were first added to HubSpot by submitting a form on a page or blog post associated with a campaignIf a contact submits a form on multiple pages that are part of the same campaign, they will only be counted in the data for the page of their first submission.
