BetaConnect and manage your Reddit Ads account in HubSpot

Connect your Reddit Ads account to HubSpot to track your Reddit ad performance alongside your other ad channels. Once connected, you can view campaign reporting in one place, see which contacts and deals are attributed to your Reddit ad campaigns, and enroll contacts that interact with your ads into workflows for follow-up.

For example, if you run Reddit ad campaigns targeting niche interest communities, you can see which campaigns brought in new contacts and track those contacts through to closed deals within HubSpot.

Please note: if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the Reddit Ads Integration beta.

Before you get started

• If you've installed an ad blocker extension in your browser, turn it off when connecting your Reddit Ads account and when using the HubSpot ads tool.
• You must have admin access in your Reddit Ads account. To check your access level, go to your Reddit Ads account settings.

Connect your Reddit ad account

Connect your Reddit Ads account to HubSpot. If you're connecting your ad account for the first time, learn more about setting up your ad accounts in the ads tool.

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
3. In the Ad accounts tab, click Connect account.
4. In the dialog box, select Reddit Ads.
5. In the pop-up window, log in to your Reddit account. Then, review the displayed permissions. HubSpot requires all of these permissions in order to integrate with your ad account. After reviewing the permissions, click Continue.
6. If you have multiple Reddit ads accounts, a list of your accounts will appear in the dialog box. Select the checkboxes next to the Reddit ads accounts you want to connect to HubSpot.
7. If you want to track contacts that interact with your ads, leave the auto tracking switch toggled on. This will apply HubSpot tracking to the Reddit ads in the account you connect.
8. Click Connect.

Manage connected Reddit ad accounts 

After connecting your Reddit Ads account, all accounts you've connected will appear in your ads accounts settings in HubSpot. Once your Reddit Ads account is connected, you can also connect additional users so they can manage and create ad campaigns for the account.

To manage your Reddit ad account:

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Ads.
3. Hover over an ad account and click the Actions dropdown menu to: 
   • View details: review additional information for your connected ad account, such as auto-tracking settings and primary users. 
   • Connect Reddit user account: connect a Reddit user for this ad account. This option will be greyed out if a user has already been connected. 
   • Manage access: if you have a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription, you can manage access to your ad accounts. Learn more about limiting access to your HubSpot assets. 
   • Move to another brand: if you have the Brands add-on, you can assign the ad account to a specific brand. 
   • Disconnect ad account: disconnect your Reddit ad account. 

Necessary disclosure: your use of the Reddit Ads integration is subject to the Reddit Advertising Policy. HubSpot will be able to view and manage your account and will store your Reddit Ads account ID. When you authorize the integration, HubSpot receives a user token with permissions for the connected ad accounts. HubSpot can view but does not store all the ad accounts you have permissions for. Reddit will share settings details (e.g., name, budget, bid strategy, creative) and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, etc.) for all campaigns, ad groups, and ads in the accounts you connected.
