Opt in to 14 days of free access to the customer agent. During the free access period, you can use the customer agent and all supported features without consuming HubSpot Credits.

Before you get started

When opting in to the 14-day free access period, keep in mind the following:

You can use the customer agent and all supported features without impacting your credits.
You’ll receive a reminder notification four days before the free access period ends.
When the 14-day free access period ends, the customer agent will automatically turn off. Learn more about re-enabling the customer agent.

Check if your account is eligible for free access

Your account is eligible for free access if the following conditions are met:

You have a Professional or Enterprise subscription with included credits and an assigned seat, or you’re a legacy non-seat customer who has purchased additional credits.
You have used fewer than 1,250 Customer Agent credits in the last 12 months. This threshold applies only to Customer Agent credits and does not include credits consumed by other features.

Opt in to free access

In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Service > Customer Agent. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Service > Customer Agent directly.
If your account is eligible, you’ll see a banner at the top of the page.
To start your free access period, click Start Free Access.

Re-enable the customer agent after free access

To turn the customer agent back on after the free access period:

In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
Click the Usage & Limits tab.
In the Customer Agent usage section, toggle the switch on.

Please note: after the 14-day free access period, the customer agent will begin using credits.
