Marketing Hub  Professional, Enterprise

The Wistia integration with HubSpot allows you to better sync and segment your lists and workflows based on your contacts' interactions with your video content. The integration has been built by and will be supported by Wistia

Use Turnstiles with HubSpot lists

You can associate Turnstiles in Wistia with your lists in HubSpot, which means you can send contacts straight to a specific list in HubSpot based on their interactions with your videos.

Use Wistia properties in your HubSpot lists and workflows

You can to segment your lists and workflows using Wistia properties. For example, you can create lists of contacts who clicked annotations or calls-to-action in a Wistia video.

Please note: when using the Wistia Play property, Percent watched, know that this property will not update until the next percent threshold is reached. Wistia measures the percent watched in the following increments: 1%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. Therefore, if a contact has only watched 14% of your video and your list is segmenting contacts whose percent watched is greater than 1% of a video, this contact will not be included in the list. You would need to use the criteria is greater than or equal to 1% to include the contact in this list.

Make Wistia videos responsive

Wistia's inline embed codes are responsive by default and should resize the video automatically when you embed your video into your HubSpot page. Wistia's popover embed codes, however, may need some manual adjustments. Check out Wistia's full resource page on embedding responsively. If you have any issues making your Wistia video responsive, please reach out directly to Wistia's Customer Happiness team.
