Last updated: October 8, 2026

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Connect the Microsoft SharePoint & OneDrive app to HubSpot to attach, organize, and access Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint files across CRM records and workflows. After connecting the app, you can browse SharePoint and OneDrive files from HubSpot records and open linked files in Microsoft. You can also automate file creation and management with workflows.

The integration helps teams centralize customer-facing documents and reduce manual work when managing files across sales, marketing, service, and operations processes.

Before you get started

Permissions required The Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive integration is a user-level app in HubSpot. Each user must connect the app using their own HubSpot login. If you don't have App Marketplace permissions, request app access following these steps.

  • If you’re a Super Admin, opt your HubSpot account into the Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint File Integration for HubSpot Records public beta.
  • Your organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator may need to provide tenant-wide consent to connect the app.
  • The integration supports only OneDrive for Business accounts. Personal Microsoft accounts and personal OneDrive accounts aren't supported.
  • You must have access to the OneDrive or SharePoint files and folders that you want to link to HubSpot records.
  • You can attach up to 20 items to each record.

Connect the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive app

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. In the search bar, search for and select the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive app.
  3. On the app page, click Install.
  4. In the dialog box, select whether you want to connect SharePoint, OneDrive, or both.
  1. Click Connect.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account and authorize HubSpot.
  3. If required, you may be prompted to ask your Microsoft 365 admin to grant tenant-wide consent to connect HubSpot with Microsoft 365.
  4. Complete the connection process.
If you connected only SharePoint or OneDrive when installing the app, you can connect the other later.
  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Connected Apps.
  3. Click the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive app.
  4. Click the Settings tab.
  5. In the Manage connections section, click Manage.
  6. In the Manage connections dialog box, click Connect for SharePoint or OneDrive.
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

After connecting the app, a Super Admin or a user with the Customize record page layout permission must add the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive integration card to the right sidebar of HubSpot records. Learn more about adding cards to a record page layout. Once added, you can start attaching new SharePoint and OneDrive files to CRM records, as well as viewing and managing attached files.

To add a new SharePoint and OneDrive file to a record in HubSpot:

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to your records.
  2. Click the name of a record.
  3. On the record page, navigate to the Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive integration card in the right sidebar.
  4. On the card, click +Add.

  1. Browse SharePoint and OneDrive files or search for a file or folder.

  1. Select the file or folder that you want to link to.
  2. Click Confirm.

The SharePoint or OneDrive file or folder will be added to the integration card on the right sidebar of the HubSpot record. From there, you can open the file in Microsoft.
