Use HubSpot's integration with Dialpad Meetings

The HubSpot and Dialpad Meetings integration lets you schedule Dialpad Meetings meetings with your contacts from within HubSpot. This helps you keep your meetings in sync with HubSpot.

Install the Dialpad Meetings integration

Please note: the Dialpad Meetings integration is a user-level app. Each HubSpot user who wants to use Dialpad with their meeting links needs to install the integration. 

1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon marketplace in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
2. Click the search bar and enter Dialpad Meetings.
3. Select Dialpad Meetings in the results. 
4. Click Install.
5. Enter your Dialpad Meetings credentials and click Log In.
6. Click Authorize to grant HubSpot access to your Dialpad Meetings account. Once you authorize access, you'll be automatically redirected back to the Dialpad Meetings settings page in HubSpot.

Schedule a Dialpad Meetings meeting

When scheduling a meeting from the contact record, you can add your Dialpad Meetings link.

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Contacts.
2. Click the name of the contact.
3. In the left sidebar, click the meetings Schedule a meeting. In the Schedule pop-up window, set up your meeting.
   
4. To add your Dialpad Meetings video link, click the Select location dropdown menu, then click Dialpad Meetings. HubSpot will automatically add your conference link, along with a phone number and passcode to the invitation.
   
5. To schedule the meeting, click Schedule meeting.

Once the meeting has been created, your invitee will receive an email invitation directly from Dialpad Meetings, and the meeting will appear on the contact’s timeline in HubSpot.

Any Dialpad Meetings you schedule with one of your HubSpot contacts will be automatically logged in HubSpot. Updates to meetings will be synced between Dialpad Meetings and HubSpot every 10 minutes.

Add a Dialpad Meetings link to your meeting scheduling page

You can add a Dialpad Meetings link to your meetings links to automatically create a Dialpad Meetings meeting when prospects book time with you. Learn more about setting up the meeting tool and creating meeting links.

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales > Meetings Scheduler.
2. Hover over the scheduling page you want to add a Dialpad Meetings videoconference to and click Edit, or click Create scheduling page. 
3. On the Overview tab, under Location, click the Add videoconference link dropdown menu and select Dialpad Meetings. 

4. Click Save to confirm your changes, or Next to continue setting up your scheduling page. 

When a prospect books a meeting with you, a link to the videoconference will be automatically added to the calendar invite.
