Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
In the email editor, you can turn off open and click tracking for an individual email, even when tracking remains turned on for your account. This can be useful for setting up test sends without affecting overall analytics or ensuring privacy compliance.
Understand limitations and considerations
- Once an email is sent or published, you can no longer turn off open and click tracking for that email.
- You can only turn off tracking for an individual email when these conditions are met:
- Open and click tracking are turned on in your account.
- Source tracking is set to Add source tracking tags to all URLs.
- Turning off tracking for an individual email also removes the tracking pixel from that email.
Turn off tracking for a marketing email

- Click the name of an existing email, or click Create email in the top right.
- In the email editor, click the setup icon in the left sidebar.
- In the Email Performance section, toggle the Track opens and clicks for this email switch off.
