Install workflow templates from the HubSpot Marketplace

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

From the HubSpot Marketplace, you can review and use templates to create workflows efficiently or as a starting point for more complex workflows.

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon in the top navigation bar, then select HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. At the top, click the Workflows tab. 
  3. To access the workflow template library: 
    • Alternatively, at the bottom of the page, click See all workflows.

  1. To review or use a template, click the template name.
  2. On the workflow template listing, review the following information:
    • Overview: summary of what the workflow template does, including enrollment triggers and actions, as well as any prerequisites for the template.
    • Details: details about the workflow template including the template's author, the count of installs, and objective of the template.
    • Legal: any legal details for the template.
  3. To use a template, click Use template.
    • You'll automatically be redirected to the workflow editor with the templated triggers and actions applied.
    • If the template includes an app or agent action, such as the Create Google Sheet row action, you may need to install the app or agent before turning on the workflow. You'll also be able to review the available workflow templates with each app on the app listing in the HubSpot Marketplace. 
  4. Continue setting up your workflow
