Learn how to pay your HubSpot invoice with Indian-issued credit cards. You must be a billing admin to pay your HubSpot invoice. If you're a HubSpot customer paying your invoice through HubSpot's Indian entity, the payment process will vary depending on whether your company is based in India or outside of India.
Indian-based HubSpot customers
If you're a HubSpot customer based in India using Indian-issued credit cards, the amount restrictions and approval process will vary depending on whether you pay the invoice manually in the Account & Billing section of your HubSpot account or if you have set up automated payments.
Automated subscription payment
If you have set up automated payments for HubSpot invoices, you'll need to approve transactions over 15,000 Indian Rupees (INR) to prevent the payment from failing. When a payment for a HubSpot subscription greater than 15,000 INR is scheduled, you'll receive an SMS requesting your approval. The SMS will include a link to your issuer's SI Hub portal, where you can approve the transaction.
HubSpot will also send an email notification when approval is needed.
The most common issuer portals for Indian-issued credit cards are the following:
Manual payment in Account & Billing
If you're a HubSpot customer based in India and are paying an invoice in Account & Billing in your HubSpot account, the payment will not be subject to the 5,000 INR payment amount restriction. Learn here how to pay your HubSpot invoice.
HubSpot customers based outside of India
If you're a HubSpot customer based outside of India using Indian-issued credit cards, the amount restrictions and approval process will vary depending on whether you pay the invoice manually in the Account & Billing section of your HubSpot account or if you have set up automated payments.
