Refunds for payments made via bank debit, such as ACH, can take 5 to 10 business days to process. During this time, the status of the payment will be Refund processing.

Please note:

  • HubSpot doesn't charge a fee to process a refund. However, the fee from the original transaction isn't refunded. Learn more about transaction fees.
  • Refunds for ACH direct debit payments must be initiated within 180 days of the original payment date.
  • If you use the QuickBooks Online integration, refunds don't sync to QuickBooks Online. Use refunds in HubSpot to manually reflect changes made in QuickBooks.

Payments must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • The payment has been fully processed. Learn more about payment statuses.
