Social Inbox is HubSpot's newest social media monitoring tool that allows customers to monitor keywords, @TwitterHandle mentions, as well as Tweets by specific people in a customer's HubSpot Contact Database.

In order for HubSpot to scale Social Inbox across the customer base, there is limit to the number of Twitter contact searches that a customer can monitor under the standard software plan.

That contact limit is the higher number of the following options:

  • A) 10,000 Twitter contact searches
  • B) 10% of a customer's total contacts

In the event you reach that limit, your stream will max out at 10,000 contact searches and HubSpot will contact you. Your Account Manager will work with you to discuss the additional fee and search bandwidth.
