Use content remix in the content editor and index pages

Use HubSpot's AI to generate new content from existing pages or posts in the content editor or content index pages. For example, you can remix an existing website page into an email to share important information from the page with your customers.
Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.
Before you get started
Before you begin remixing content in the content editor, review the requirements and considerations.
Understand requirements
- To use remixing in the content editor or on web content index pages, Super Admins need to toggle the Give users access to generative AI tools and features and Files data switches on in AI settings.
Permissions required Edit and Publish permission is required to edit and publish pages or posts.
Understand limitations & considerations
- A Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise account is required to generate social posts. The Marketing SMS or SMS Shortcode add-on is required to generate SMS messages.
Remix content from the content editor
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Website Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Website Pages directly.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Landing Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages directly.
- Blog: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Blog. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Blog directly.
- Click the name of your content.
- In the content editor, click File and then Remix content.
- In the dialog box, select the checkbox next to each content type you want to generate. Click the upIcon increase or downIcon decrease icons to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated.
- To use a template to generate new content, click on a template in the select a template to remix your content into section.
- When you’ve finished, click Remix.
- In the content remix, once your content has been generated, click its preview text. Then, view the full generated content in the right panel.
- In the right panel, click Save and edit in app to add the generated content to the related tool. Then, continue editing the content there.
Remix content from content index pages
- Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Website Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Website Pages directly.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Landing Pages. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages directly.
- Blog: In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Content > Blog. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Content > Blog directly.
- Hover over the name of your content, click Actions , and then click Remix into another content type.
- In the dialog box, select the checkbox next to each content type you want to generate. Click the upIcon increase or downIcon decrease icons to set how many pieces of that content type will be generated.
- To use a template to generate new content, click on a template in the select a template to remix your content into section.
- When you’ve finished, click Remix.
- In content remix, once your content has been generated, click its preview text. Then, view the full generated content in the right panel.
- In the right panel, click Save and edit in app to add the generated content to the related tool. Then, continue editing the content there.
