Generate an AI-powered summary of HubSpot notifications from the last 24 hours. The summary is available in the Notification sidebar and is also sent by email. The AI Summary feature provides a consolidated overview of recent notification activity, helping users:
- Quickly catch up after a busy day or time away from HubSpot.
- Reduce the need to review notifications individually.
- Identify important updates and follow-up actions.
- Stay informed without leaving the HubSpot interface.
Please note: if you're a Super Admin, you can opt your account into the On-Demand AI Summary — Notification Sidebar beta.
Access notifications AI summary
To generate a notification summary:
- In your HubSpot account, click the notifications icon.
- In the right panel, click the AI icon.
- If a summary for the last 24 hours isn't available, click Generate Summary.
To create an updated summary, click Regenerate. Request up to three summaries per 24-hour period. This limit includes both initial generation requests and regeneration requests. A regenerated summary includes the most recent 24 hours of notifications.
