Find your subscription and service limits

Accounts with paid subscriptions
To view your subscription and service limits:- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- Under Products & Add-ons, view your current subscriptions and add-ons.
- Applicable limits will display under each subscription. For Marketing Hub subscriptions, this includes your contact limit and monthly email send limit. This count resets at the beginning of each calendar month.

Please note: when you reach your contact tier limit, you'll automatically be upgraded to the next tier, which will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Your contract will not automatically be downgraded if you remove contacts from your account. If you have questions about your contact tier, reach out to your account manager.
- To view billing details for a subscription or add-on, click Manage subscription next to the line item.
- To upgrade your marketing, sales, or service tools, click the Upgrade buttons next to the subscription line item.
CRM free accounts
Free CRM accounts are limited to the free tools shown on HubSpot's Products & Services catalog, including up to 1,000,000 contacts. From the Products and Services page in a CRM free account, you can upgrade or delete your account.
- In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Account & Billing.
- To upgrade your marketing tools, click Upgrade to Marketing Hub Starter.
- To upgrade your sales tools, click Upgrade to Sales Hub Starter.
- To upgrade your service tools, click Upgrade to Service Hub Starter.
- To delete your account and everything associated with it, click Delete account. Learn more about cancelling your account.
