Add a billing admin to your account

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

Before a member of your team can purchase a quote in HubSpot, pay invoices, or manage your account billing information, they must be added as a billing admin.

If you're a Super Admin or have Add and edit users permissions in your HubSpot account, you can add a user with Modify billing and change name on contract permissions so they can make purchases for your HubSpot account.

To set a user as a billing admin:
  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, select Users & Teams. You can also check each user's permission sets and access on this page. 
  3. Hover over the name of a user, and click Edit permissions. Or, create a new user
  4. In the Choose permissions section, click Account Settings access
  5. Click to toggle the Modify billing and change name on contract switch on.
  6. In the top right, click Save. The user will now be able to pay invoices and make changes to the account billing information.
