Troubleshoot the HubSpot mobile app

If you're having an issue while using the HubSpot mobile app, the following troubleshooting steps may help to resolve it.

Log out of the app and log back in

  • Open the HubSpot app on your device.
  • To access Settings, tap Menu in the bottom navigation menu, then tap the account name in the left sidebar.
  • Tap the account name under Account.
  • Tap Logout. In the dialog box, tap OK.
  • Enter your login credentials, then tap Log in.

Download the latest version of the app

Restart/turn your device off and on

Restarting your device, or turning it off and on, may help to resolve your issue.
