If you're having an issue while using the HubSpot mobile app, the following troubleshooting steps may help to resolve it.
Log out of the app and log back in
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- To access Settings, tap Menu in the bottom navigation menu, then tap the account name in the left sidebar.
- Tap the account name under Account.
- Tap Logout. In the dialog box, tap OK.
- Enter your login credentials, then tap Log in.
Download the latest version of the app
Restart/turn your device off and on
Restarting your device, or turning it off and on, may help to resolve your issue.
