Use the personalization tool

Use the personalization tool to create, manage, and report on personalized content. The personalization tool integrates content variants and the content personalization agent to give an overview of your personalized content, performance metrics, and suggested next steps.
Please note: Please avoid sharing any sensitive information in your enabled data inputs for AI features, including your prompts. Admins can configure generative AI features in account management settings. Subscription required The following subscriptions are required:
- Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise is required to use the personalization tools.
- Content Hub Professional or Enterprise is required to personalize landing pages.
Manage content variants
Manage and create content variants from the Manage tab on the Personalization page.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.
- To view variants for different content types, click the Content type dropdown menu and select the content type on the Manage tab.
- To view the different content variants for a personalization, click the number in the Variants column on the Manage tab.
- To create new content variants, click Personalize or Personalize with AI.
Review suggestions
Review suggestions on the Suggestions tab to analyze your existing content. Then use the personalization agent to review suggested content to generate.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.
- On the Personalization page, click the Suggestions tab.
- On the Suggestions tab, click Activate Personalization Agent.

Analyze content variants
Analyze content variant performance from the Analyze tab on the Personalization page.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.
- On the Personalization page, click the Analyze tab.
- On the Analyze tab, click the content type dropdown menu in the top left (e.g., CTA or Landing page).
