Use the personalization tool to create, manage, and report on personalized content. The personalization tool provides an overview of your content variants and performance metrics.
Please note: you can manage AI feature access in your AI settings and configure what data is shared. Review HubSpot's AI Trust FAQs and AI Model Cards for detailed information on AI security controls, data use, and compliance.
Subscription required A Marketing Hub and Content Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription is required to use the personalization agent.
Permissions required The following permissions are required depending on the content type of the content variant you are editing or publishing:
- Edit and Publish permission is required to edit and publishing pages.
- Edit and Publish permission is required to edit and publish CTAs.
Manage content variants
Manage and create content variants from the Manage tab on the Personalization page.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.
- To view variants for different content types, click the content type in the left menu on the Manage tab.
- To view the different content variants for a personalization, click the rightIcon expand icon for a personalization.
- To create new content variants, click Create variant.
Analyze content variants
Analyze content variant performance from the Analyze tab on the Personalization page.
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Personalization.
- On the Personalization page, click the Analyze tab.
- On the Analyze tab, click the content type dropdown menu in the top left (e.g., Website page).
