Please note: accounts created after March 17th, 2025, do not have access to the CTA (legacy) tool.
After creating a CTA (legacy) and reviewing the CTA's performance, you can export this data in a csv, xls, or xlsx file from your CTA dashboard.
Permissions required Super Admin or Blog, Email, Landing pages, or Website pages permissions are required to create and manage CTAs (legacy).
To export your CTA performance data:
- In your HubSpot account, click More, then navigate to Marketing > CTAs. If More doesn't appear in your account, navigate to Marketing > CTAs directly.
- In the top left, click the dropdown menu and select CTAs (Legacy).
- In the upper right, click Export Data.
- In the dialog box, select the File Type for your export file and enter the Email address to send export to.
- Click Export to receive an email with a download link to the export file. The download link will be valid for 90 days.
