Set up list notifications to understand critical list changes in real-time. You can receive notifications when:
A list is edited or deleted.
A list size changes significantly.
A list reaches a specific size.
To set up list notifications:
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Lists.
Click the name of a list.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
To receive notifications, click to toggle the switches on:
When this list is edited or deleted: receive notifications when the list is edited or deleted.
When this list size changes significantly: receive notifications when your list size changes significantly. This setting uses HubSpot AI.
When this list reaches a specific size: receive notifications when a list reaches a specific size. This number can be either higher or lower than the current list size. Enter the number of records that will trigger the notification.
In the Choose the users and teams who'll receive notifications section, select the users and teams to receive notifications.
To send notifications to your user, click Add me to the list.
