You can review your actively used subscription types in the email settings page to allow you to check for outdated or redundant subscriptions that can be safely archived.
Review active messaging subscriptions
To check where your subscriptions are being used in your account:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Click the Subscription types tab.
- Hover over a subscription type, click the Actions dropdown menu, then click Edit.
- In the right panel, click the Used in tab to reveal a list of assets where the subscription is actively being used.
- To check on specific asset type, click the Forms, Emails, or Workflows sections and review any active assets using the subscription type.
- Click the link to an associated asset using that subscription type to navigate to the asset details page and manage it if needed.
If you decide to archive an active subscription type, you'll be prompted to confirm the deletion.
