Review and archive subscription types

You can review your actively used subscription types on the email settings page to check for outdated or redundant subscriptions that can be safely archived. Archived subscription types will be removed from your email preferences page. 

Review subscription types

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Email.
3. Click the Subscription Types tab.
4. Hover over a subscription type, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Edit.
5. In the right panel, click the Used in tab. 
6. Click to expand each section to see the assets of that type using this subscription type.

Archive subscription types

1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Marketing > Email.
3. Click the Subscription Types tab.
4. Hover over a subscription type, then click the Actions dropdown menu and select Archive.
5. In the dialog box, review any assets using the subscription type, then click Archive subscription type.
