Transfer automated marketing emails from one account to another (BETA)

If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, you can transfer automated marketing emails from one account to another, to help you avoid manually creating assets from scratch in a new account.
Limitations
Keep the following limitations in mind before transferring your automated marketing emails:
- Only Super admins can copy marketing emails to another account, where they also must be a Super admin.
- Marketing emails can only be transfer from one Enterprise account to another Enterprise account.
- Marketing emails can be copied from one account to another if each account:
- Has data hosted in the same region.
- Are both Enterprise accounts that are not in an Enterprise trial.
- Are both production accounts. Sandbox accounts are not supported.
- You must be opted into the beta for this feature in both accounts.
Transfer an automated marketing email to another account
To transfer an automated marketing email to another account:
- In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
- In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Cross-Account Copier.
- At the top of the page, click Start copying.
- Click Next.
- Select the HubSpot account that will act as the destination for the marketing emails you want to transfer over.
- Click Next.
- Select the Marketing email checkbox.
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for and select the checkbox next to any marketing emails you want to transfer over.
- When you're done selecting emails to transfer, click Next.
- Review the emails you're transferring, and confirm that the source and destination accounts are correct. When you're ready to start the transfer, click Start copy.
