Can't send marketing emails

If you're unable to send a marketing email in your HubSpot account, there are a few possible explanations:
  • You're using a HubSpot trial account and reached your email sending limit. You'll see a specific error message in this situation.
  • Your email sending has been suspended by HubSpot's Email Deliverability Team. Learn more about email suspensions
  • You don't have the correct permissions to send email. You must have Publish permissions for Email in order to send an email or publish an automated email from the emails tool. If you do not have the needed permissions, you can ask an administrator in your account to grant you access
