Access a list of recorded calls while on the go using the HubSpot mobile app. You can listen to a call recording, review comments from other team members, or access the call transcript. Play back recorded calls to coach, mentor, and onboard new reps or catch any missed insights from the call. Use the recording to keep your notes up to date so you have all the context you need to prepare for your next call with a customer.
Recorded calls can be played while you navigate to other apps on your device or when your device is locked so you can multi-task while you listen.
Please note: you can only record calls made from the HubSpot CRM on your desktop device. Call recording is currently unavailable on the HubSpot mobile app. If you don't see your recorded calls listed, make sure call recording is turned on in your account settings.
Please note: call transcripts are only generated for calls made by users with an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub Enterprise paid seat in accounts where Conversation Intelligence (CI) has been turned on. Any user in a Sales Hub or Service Hub Enterprise account can access the call recording and transcript for coaching.
