If call recording is turned on in your account settings, you can access recordings on the HubSpot mobile app. You can then listen to a recording, review comments, or access the transcript. Listening to recordings can help you coach, mentor, and onboard new reps or catch any missed insights from the call. You can use the recording to keep your notes up to date so you have all the context you need to prepare for your next call with a customer.
Recordings can be played while you navigate to other apps on your device or when your device is locked so you can multitask while you listen.
Please note: if you don't see your recordings listed, make sure call recording is turned on in your account settings.
