HubSpot's default partner segments

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

As a HubSpot Partner, you have default partner segments to help you gain insight into the overall status of your registered leads and review them cumulatively.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
  2. In the search bar, enter HubSpot Partner.
  3. The default HubSpot Partner segments will be displayed in the table.
The default partner segments are: 
  • HubSpot Partner – Expired: this segment contains contacts that have expired and are no longer registered.
  • HubSpot Partner – Invalid Data: this segment contains contacts that cannot be registered because they are missing required contact information for registration. Possible information that is missing or invalid include: First name, Last name, Website URL, Email or Company.
  • HubSpot Partner – Pending Registration: this segment contains contacts that you have requested to register but have not yet been processed by HubSpot.
  • HubSpot Partner – Registered: this segment contains contacts that have been processed in HubSpot’s sales database and are owned by your company until the listed expiration date.
  • HubSpot Partner – Unavailable: this segment contains contacts that cannot be registered under your company as they are being pursued by HubSpot or have already been registered by HubSpot or another HubSpot Partner.
