As a HubSpot Partner, you will have five default partner lists to help you gain insight into the overall status of your registered leads and review them cumulatively.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Lists.
In the upper right, use the search box to locate the five default lists by searching "HubSpot Partner".
HubSpot Partner – Expired: this list contains contacts that have expired and are no longer registered.
HubSpot Partner – Invalid Data: this list contains contacts that cannot be registered because they are missing required contact information for registration. Possible information that is missing or invalid include:
HubSpot Partner – Pending Registration: this list contains contacts that you have requested to register but have not yet been processed by HubSpot.
HubSpot Partner – Registered: this list contains contacts that have been processed in HubSpot’s sales database and are owned by your company until the listed expiration date.
HubSpot Partner – Unavailable: this list contains contacts that cannot be registered under your company as they are being pursued by HubSpot or have already been registered by HubSpot or another HubSpot Partner.
