View contacts in HubSpot's default partner segments

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

As a HubSpot Partner, you can consult default partner segments to gain insight into the overall status of your registered leads.

  1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to CRM > Segments.
  2. In the search bar, enter HubSpot Partner.
  3. The following HubSpot Partner segments will be displayed:
    • HubSpot Partner – Expired: contacts that have expired and are no longer registered.
    • HubSpot Partner – Invalid Data: contacts that cannot be registered because they are missing required contact information for registration. This can include: First nameLast nameWebsite URLEmail, and Company.
    • HubSpot Partner – Pending Registration: contacts that you have requested to register but have not yet been processed by HubSpot.
    • HubSpot Partner – Registered: contacts that have been processed in HubSpot’s sales database and are owned by your company until the listed expiration date.
    • HubSpot Partner – Unavailable: contacts that cannot be registered under your company as they are being pursued by HubSpot or have already been registered by HubSpot or another HubSpot Partner.
