Monitor your social posts in the HubSpot mobile app

After creating a social post and publishing it from the HubSpot mobile app. You can also use the HubSpot app to monitor interactions with your posts such as likes and views.
Monitor social interactions
To monitor interactions with a published post:
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- In the bottom, tap Menu.
- In the Marketing section, tap Social.
- At the top of the page, tap Published. In your Published tab, review your published social posts with an overview of post interaction metrics such as likes and impressions.
- To review more metrics for a specific post, tap the post.
- In the Post details, review the different interactions with your social post. To see which users have engaged with your content, click View all. When available, a list of users will display.
- To review or reply to comments on your post:
- From the Comments section, tap View all.
- To load and display older comments, tap and pull down the comment screen.
- To add a comment, tap the comment window at the bottom of the page and enter your comment. Then, tap the send send icon to post your comment.
- To add hashtags to your comment, use the # symbol.
- To reply to a comment, you can use the @ symbol to @mention the user that you'd like to reply to.
Manage your social replies
Manage and respond to your social media interactions directly from the HubSpot mobile app.
- Open the HubSpot app on your device.
- In the bottom, tap Menu.
- In the Marketing section, tap Social reply.
- At the top, you can filter by the following:
- Account: filter by the social media accounts that you'd like to review social interactions for.
- Interaction type: filter activity by interaction type, such as comments, mentions, reposts, or followers.
- Status: filter activity by status. You can filter by the following status types: Read, Unread, or Replied to.
- Time period: filter activity by date range. You can select a preset range or set a custom range.
- To like a social post, tap the socialHeart like icon.
- To reply to a social post:
- Tap the reply reply icon.
- At the bottom, enter your reply.
- To attach a link to your reply, tap the attach icon and select Landing and website pages or Blog posts. Then, select a page or blog post.
- After setting up your reply, at the bottom right, tap the send icon.
- To change the account that you're replying with:
- Tap the account's profile picture.
- Select the account that you'd like to reply with.
- To view a comment directly in the social network:
- Tap theverticalMenumenu icon.
- At the bottom, tap View on [social network].
- To review additional post details:
- Tap theverticalMenumenu icon.
- At the bottom, tap Post details.
