Export web content and data

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:
You can export HTML files for your web content including pages, blog posts, template files. You can also export content data including knowledge base articles.
Please note: there is no way to merge all the data between HubSpot accounts. The best way to move assets between accounts is to export your data from a HubSpot account, then import the objects and/or recreate certain data in the other account.
Export HTML files for pages, posts, and templates
You can export HTML files of your pages, blog posts, and templates. This is recommended if you're going to import content onto another platform.
- To export HTML files of your pages, posts, and templates:

Navigate to your content:
- Website Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages.
- Landing Pages: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Landing Pages.
- Blog: In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
- On the content index page, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Export all pages and blog posts (HTML).

- In the dialog box, click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in your notificationIcon notification center.
- Template files will be located in the Styles folder within the exported file.
Export data for posts, articles, and pages
You can export blog post and knowledge base article data including title, language, URL, and more. Users in a Marketing Hub or Content Hub Professional or Enterprise account and Export permissions can also export unsummarized page data.
Blog posts
- To export blog post data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Blog.
- On the blog index page, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Export blog posts. This will export all blog posts regardless of the filters applied.
- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select a file format (e.g., CSV, XLS, or XLSX). If you've applied a filter, the export will default to only including those blogs.
- When you're finished, click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in the notificationIcon notification center.
Knowledge base articles
- To export knowledge base article data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Service > Knowledge Base.
- On the knowledge base index page, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Export knowledge base articles.
- In the dialog box, click the File format dropdown menu and select a file format (e.g., CSV, XLS, or XLSX).
- When you're finished, click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in the notificationIcon notification center.
Website and landing pages
- To export unsummarized page data:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Reporting > Reports.
- In the left sidebar menu, click to expand Marketing and select Web traffic analysis.
- In the Ready-made reports section, click Pages.
- In the upper right, click the Actions dropdown menu and select Export unsummarized data.
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the export in the Name field.
- In the File format field, click the File format dropdown menu and select a file format (e.g., CSV, XLS, or XLSX).
- When you're finished, click Export. Once the export is processed, you'll receive a download link through email and in the notificationIcon notification center
